These conditions aim to describe and inform the user of the terms that apply to purchases made through the www.fincalatorre.com portal for the products offered at any given time. These conditions are complemented by the information provided in the legal notice and privacy policy, and with the information specific to each particular product.

Validation of the purchase implies acceptance of these general conditions and constitutes proof of knowledge and agreement by the customer. These conditions may be modified at any time by Aceites Finca La Torre and, if applicable, the particular conditions that may be established in each case, but they will be immediately published so that they can be known without explicit notice.

Users commit to complying with these general conditions and those contained in the legal notice and privacy policy of this website, applying good faith in contracting.

The prices indicated include VAT. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer, and these will vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. Aceites Finca La Torre will duly inform about the shipping costs based on the variants at the time of purchase. If the shipment needs to be made to a territory different from those available on the purchase page, Aceites Finca La Torre will contact the user, either via email or telephone, to communicate, if applicable, any extra shipping costs that may arise.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once the purchase is made and as soon as possible, Aceites Finca La Torre will send the user an email with the proof of purchase.

SHIPPING

Aceites Finca La Torre commits to having your order prepared within a maximum of three business days from the confirmation of payment.

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer in the purchase form.

There will be no order dispatch or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Aceites Finca La Torre will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the data entered by the Customer in the form is incorrect.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the goods and communicate any defects in the order within a maximum period of 48 hours to info@fincalatorre.icomdi.com. The customer must indicate such defect on the delivery document.

The delivery time is 24/48 hours within the Peninsula. During the period between Black Friday and after Christmas, deliveries may be delayed.

MINORS

Considering that Aceites Finca La Torre cannot verify the truthfulness of the data provided by the user, it reserves the right to attend to orders after verifying the data, when it so decides at its discretion, without this implying any alteration of the truthfulness of the data it does not verify.

PAYMENT

Payment for purchases at www.fincalatorre.com will be made through a bank payment gateway, which allows payment by credit card. The charge is made at the time of purchase.

Payment by credit card is made through the bank’s server, which guarantees customer security thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard, which ensures that data travels encrypted over the network and no one can intercept or use it fraudulently. Credit card details are transmitted protected directly to the bank and this information never reaches any other recipient.

In case of payment denial, the order will be canceled and the user will be informed online. In case of payments with cards issued in a country other than Spain, the issuing bank must be subscribed to the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES).

USE OF DATA

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with the provisions of sections d) and e) of art. 103 of RDL 1/2007, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the purchase of food, given that, due to its nature, quality and/or composition, it may deteriorate or expire quickly. For this reason, returns of orders are not accepted.

Order cancellation:

If the customer wants to cancel their order, they can do so up to 30 minutes after confirmation. They must access “My orders”, click on the order number to see the details and click on “Cancel order”.
